We understand that privacy is a major concern among people throughout the world. Although Surfman provides software that allows businesses to obtain and retain customers through email marketing, we understand the importance of privacy. |
Surfman does not distribute or sell members confidential information from our opt-in email lists. |
Surfman is strongly opposed to sending unsolicited email. Under the terms of our Service contract, Surfman will not allow a customer to use our product to distribute spam, nor allow unsolicited commercial email (UCE). In regards to our enterprise software solution, Surfman will not knowingly sell to companies that send or plan to send UCE/spam. |

Definition of Spam |
An email is spam if: |
The recipient has not verifiably granted deliberate, explicit, and still-revocable permission for it to be sent; |
Surfman's Commitment: |
Surfman DOES NOT send out unsolicited email (UCE/Spam). |
Surfman DOES NOT knowingly do business with any company that participates in sending UCE/Spam. |
Surfman DOES NOT sell or exchange personal information from our opt-in lists. |
